Made from 1/16in thick acrylic.   Engraved on the back so the front remains smooth.
Clear drying adhesive MUST be used to ensure visibility once place on item.  If placed on a white surface, lettering will not be visible.
 This item is custom made so if ordered with any other items, EVERYTHING will ship at the same time.
