Mizhaps - Shit Happens

Sometimes... (alot)  I make Miztakes... around here we call them Mizhaps.  Generally there is nothing wrong with an item, but its just not what the client ordered because well... math got involved and sometimes my brain gives it the middle finger.   What can I say other than I'm human.
